SHIPPING POLICY

Order Cancellation:

You cannot cancel an order immediately once you place it. But, you can start the return process after receiving your order. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!

Premium Insured Shipping/Free Shipping:

If you choose Premium Insured Shipping, you can either reship or get a refund for lost orders.

If you selected "Free Shipping", you can only reship the lost order.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES:

If you place the incorrect address during the checkout process, Lumisonic store is not liable. Please make sure your billing and shipping addresses are correct. If we made an error, we will take responsibility and send you new package for free.

CUSTOMS:

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to one or more packages being shipped to you. These packages may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.

SHIPPING TIME:

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Max delivery time – 20 business days.

This doesn’t include our 2-3 day processing time.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. But sometimes, free shipping means tracking isn't available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If you placed your order more than 5 business days ago, but there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
